RMTSoft, a subsidiary of Nobilia, and Wipoz signed a partnership agreement on December 22, 2022, with RMTSoft acquiring an equity stake in Wipoz.
RMTSoft, with the development of MSA software, specialized in installation management for its customers, completes its offer to customers and partners with the acquisition of a stake in Wipoz.
New objectives
In light of current and future challenges in both the kitchen and furniture sectors, the aim is to expand the installation capabilities and develop the installation quality of the various entities’ partners with a comprehensive approach, enabling customers to draw on complementary installation services, both in-house and outsourced. Installation remains a fundamental element of customer satisfaction, a differentiating factor that generates recommendations, and the purpose of this acquisition is to respond to this by improving the performance of each player, as well as developing innovative and facilitating solutions in this field.
RMTSoft and Wipoz combine their expertise!
Wipoz has recognized, winning expertise in supporting installation services, both through its software solution and the platform of installers at its disposal, and the founding team will be working closely with the RMTSoft and Nobilia teams over the coming years. This initiative will eventually cover all European countries, enabling a coordinated approach to be developed for all interested customers.
RMTSoft’s and Wipoz’s MSA solutions will be stand-alone, optional, and their commercial approach will remain differentiated, addressing all players in the kitchen and furnishings market in the various target countries.
